Hayworth Studios is part of the
Historic Wilshire District of Los
Angeles. Designed as a movie theater
and dance studio in 1926, the
building itself is distinguished as a
Los Angeles Historic Cultural
Monument. Today, the original
Spanish revival architecture houses
three live stage theaters and a
historic restaurant and bar. Newly
converted ground floor retail space,
and second floor commercial units
are equally ideal for design,
photography and art studios, or
